Democrat Ken Woods wins NCC Council Special Election
A Special Election will be held Tuesday, May 24, in New Castle County Council District 1 to fill the seat left vacant by Councilman Joe Reda's passing. Democratic Candidate Ken Woods has been hard at work campaigning in the district and will need your support on election day. Polls are open from 7AM to 8PM.
