At this meeting, the 38th Rep. District Committee will elect their District's State Convention Convention Delegates. Only registered Democrats who reside in the 38th Rep. District and have not been a registered member of another political party for at least one year are eligible to serve as State Convention Delegates.
The 38th Rep. District is entitled to up to 11 delegates and 5 alternates.
