Delaware 23rd district Democrats will hold a moderated candidates forum for candidates competing for the party nomination in the September 15, 2026 Democratic primary election, to inform voters in the 23rd district as they make their voting decision for this fall’s primary election. Please join us at the George Wilson Community Center, 303 New London Road, Newark, DE. Admission is free, and light refreshments will be served. Democratic voters in the 23rd district are invited. The invited candidates include: Luann D’Agostino Joe Jasper Dave Redlawsk Dan Seador The moderator will be Delaware Senator Bryan Townsend. Each candidate will provide brief introductory remarks and will be asked to respond to specific questions prepared by the 23rd RD Democratic Committee. The event will conclude promptly at 3:30. Note that the space is limited to 125 audience members.
