DDP Chair John Daniello’s Statement In Support Of Beth McGinn’s Candidacy

(NEW CASTLE, DE) – Delaware Democratic Party Chairman John D. Daniello released the following statement in support of Beth McGinn’s decision to run for the Delaware House of Representatives in the 37^th District:

“I could not be more proud to have Beth McGinn on this year’s Democratic ticket.  Beth’s top priority has always been giving back to her community and I know she will be the strong advocate the people of the 37^th district desperately need.

“No one understands the issues in the 37^th district better than Beth.  A leading volunteer at the American Legion for the past 11 years, Beth has initiated numerous programs to help Delawarean veterans in need of a fresh start.  And Beth believes we must protect the rights of homeowners living in manufactured homes on leased land.

“Beth knows nothing gets accomplished by choosing to sit on the sidelines.  That’s why she takes action herself to get things done, and why she has decided to run for office.  The people of the 37^th district deserve a representative who will actively fight for their needs in Dover.  And the Delaware Democratic Party is proud to support Beth McGinn as the voice of the 37^th district.”
